Matthew Mcconaughey's son's name is...
As you may already know.. Camilla Alves and Matthew Mcconaughey had their son on Monday at 6:22 pm. They named him (drum roll please) Levi Alves Mcconaughey. I like the name but they could have given the poor guy a middle name besides Alves. I never had a middle name when I was growing up and I always felt a bit left out. But Levi is such a good name because Matthew looks so good in them.
Why did they pick that name you ask? Well, "Levi was another name for the apostle Matthew in The Bible. They were, in fact, two names for the same person." He also said "Our son was born at 6:22 pm, and this particular time represents my favorite verse in the book of Matthew in The Bible: 'If thy eye be single, thy whole body will be full of light.'" They picked Alves as kind of the middle name because it is Camilla's maiden name and they wanted to incorporate it as well.
Well congrats to you both and thankfully Matt didn't call the little boy Budweiser or Corona.
