When I first heard that the authorities were testing Lee Anthony, Casey Anthony's brother I was completely shocked.  After I thought about it a bit I realized that it would make sense.

Before the DNA test of Lee Anthony came back negative and now proves that he was not the father of Caylee Anthony.

I thought that it could perhaps make sense.

I thought that Casey and Lee both could have thought up a plan together to kill little Caylee because they committed a sin and they wanted to get rid of the evidence before everyone found out.

I also thought that perhaps that is why Lee has believed everything that Casey has said all along because they committed the murder together.

Not to say that they still could have committed the murder of Caylee together but now it just proves that he is not the father.

Really twisted eh?

I wonder who the father of little Caylee is?

Will we ever know?

Are they testing George too?

He is Casey's father and Caylee's grandfather.

The police are also testing Casey's belongings in her home and the garbage bags and everything else that was found at the murder scene that matched what was found in the Anthony's home.

I wish this case would come to a rest and Casey was found guilty cause she is.

Caylee should be able to RIP and not have the whole world still wondering who took this precious little girls life.

Casey Anthony escapes execution.  Casey Anthony again slips right under the radar and avoids getting prosecuted for the death penalty.

WTF?

Casey Anthony has everything pointing at her that proves that she killed poor little Caylee Anthony who was just 2 years old.

Why does she get away with this?

What more did they need?


Casey Anthony has never had any prior arrests in Florida and that is probably why she avoided the death penalty.

There have been 52 men already executed because of the killing and torturing of small children.


397 people sit on death row right now that killed little children.

Why did she get away so easily?

There are some people that don't believe in the death penalty and if you can believe it ... there are still some people in the world that believe that Casey Anthony is innocent.

Some people say that she was accidentally killed because Casey had post-partum depression or some say it was an accident.  Whatever it was..

Casey did something wrong and should be prosecuted.

This is Casey Anthony's high school picture.  To know that Caylee Anthony will never get to go to high school or have a family of her own and to know that her own mother took her life, should be enough for prosecutors to give her the death penalty.

Casey Anthony didn't seem to sad in court today and even had the guts to smile again and be friendly with everyone and acknowledge her parents.
Does anyone else think that Lee Anthony, Casey's brother had something to do with the murder of Caylee Anthony? He just seems so suspicious and the way that he could laugh in his examination seemed really weird and f*cked up..

He believes everything that his sister has said even though he said that she lied to the police about the kidnapping of Caylee.

Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez must be so pissed!

George and Cindy Anthony try to delay testifying in the defamation of character case of Zenaida Gonzalez against Casey Anthony.  Casey told authorities that Zenaida kidnapped Caylee and that she was her babysitter and Gonzalez didn't have anything to do with any of it.  Casey just needed someone to blame but herself for the killing of her 2 year old daughter Caylee Marie.


George and Cindy are saying that they are too emotionally distressed to testify under oath before the judge because of what has happened in the past 9 months to them.


I understand that it must be hard to lose not only your daughter but know that your granddaughter is dead and that could be because your daughter killed her but its been 9 months since this whole situation has happened.

If I believed in my daughter like they say they do.. why wouldn't they go before everyone and tell the truth and clear Casey's name instead of prolonging this horrible event even further?


I think that Cindy and George Anthony are trying to push back this case because they think all the charges will be dropped and everyone will forget about everything.

Ms. Gonzalez is seeking more than $15,000 in punitive damage which she deserves.

Her name was all over the news around the world saying that she kidnapped a little girl.

I would ask for more than that if it were me.




The Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez is asking that the testimony be postponed until May.

George Anthony was even caught on camera saying that he never heard Caylee talk about her babysitter and that was strange that she never mentioned her name now that he looked back.  When you are little and you see your babysitter all the time you think you would perhaps mention her name once.

But she never did.

Lee Anthony, Casey's brother will testify on Friday saying that he knew nothing about a nanny or Zenaida Gonzalez.

Casey Anthony is a pathological liar and all her lies are coming to the surface.

NEWS ABOUT CASEY ANTHONY

Investigators have now pinpointed that Caylee must have been killed between June 16th and June 27th and was stored in Casey Anthony's car for a long time and that Caylee Marie's death was in fact intentional.

In fact all the evidence suggests that no one could have done it besides Casey.

Authorities took evidence from the Anthony home and that evidence was garbage bags, a vacuum cleaner, a spot cleaner, a red gas can that had the same duct tape that was put over little Caylee's mouth.

At the scene of the crime (the wooden area where Caylee Marie was found) police found a stained Winnie the Pooh blanket, a syringe and a Gatorade bottle with strange liquid inside it.

I really hope that this case doesn't turn out to be like OJ Simpson and she actually gets away with murder just like he did.

Casey Anthony is one screwed up human being if I can even call her that.

5 days before Caylee Marie went missing her mother, Casey Anthony wrote in her diary.

What Casey wrote in her diary can now hopefully put her in prison for the rest of her life for the horrible killing of her 2 year old daughter Caylee Marie Anthony.

Here is what she wrote.

June 21st:

"I have no regrets, just a bit worried."  "I completely trust my own judgment I know that I made the right decision. I just hope that the end justifies the means."
"This is the happiest that I have been in a very long time."

EVIDENCE FOUND IN THE ANTHONY"S HOME

1. The investigators have traced duct tape, plastic bags and a canvas laundry bag at the murder scene that have linked back to the Anthony home.

2. A heart shaped sticker was found on the duct tape that was horribly stuck to little Caylee's mouth and that links back to her room.

3. Annie Downing, who was a friend of the Anthony's,  said that Casey was always jealous for the love that Cindy, Casey's mother, had for Caylee.

4. Casey almost admitted herself into the mental institution because she thought she was going crazy back in 2006 and 2007 and had apparently discussed it with her mother and she then decided against it.

Haleigh Cummings Missing

Another Young Girl Missing in Florida



Haleigh Ann Marie Cummings is a sweet 5-year-old innocent little girl from Putnam County in North Florida.  She was taken from her father, Ronald Cumming's trailor home somewhere in the time frame of 11 pm to 3 am on Monday night. 

Haleigh was reported missing at 3:30 am when Ronald's 17-year-old girlfriend, Misty Croslin called 911 when she realized that little Haleigh was missing and the back door of the mobile home was wide open.

Misty Croslin was babysitting Haleigh and her younger brother who is just 3 years old because Ronald works the night shift.  Misty said that after putting Haleigh down to sleep at 8pm, she was doing some laundry which was right by the back door which was locked and then she went back to the bedroom where Haleigh and her brother were sleeping.  She said that she then put a blanket on Haleigh and layed down beside her.

Misty then said she woke up at 3am and saw that the kitchen light was on and walked into the kitchen and the back door was open.  "I go in the room and she's gone.  And that's all I know.  When I went to bed she was there and then when I got up she was gone."

Misty is apparently very upset that this happened because she said "loved her like she's my own," "I just want her to come home."

However yesterday when I watched the story on Nancy Grace it seemed as if she wasn't very upset while she was just casually strolling around with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth.

Haleigh Ann's real mother, Crystal Sheffield gets visitation with her twice a month.  Haleigh was actually suppose to spend this upcoming weekend with her mother.

When Crystal was asked if Haleigh attended school on Monday or anything she didn't even know about her own child.  She doesn't know why Haleigh has missed so much school that if she missed anymore, Ronald would be thrown in jail.

She didn't even know when the last time her daughter was sick. 

Don't you think that if you didn't have custody of your own child that you would try and phone them?

Perhaps not everyday but once and a while, but it just seems like she had no clue about her daughter or anything about her.

It seemed to me like the mother was either stoned or just really upset. 

Speculations have been going around that Haleigh's mother is a drug addict and that is why she lost custody of her child but that hasn't been proven yet.

George Anthony, Caylee Anthony's grandfather came to Putnam County to meet with the Cumming's family and offered any support that the family needed.  George also said...

"They need the community's support.  They do not need to be judged.  They do not need to be scrutinized.  They need your help.  The community needs to come together to help this family to bring this beautiful girl home."

The family of Haleigh have been staying in tents around the mobile home to search for the child and come together for support reasons.

Putnam County have put together air, ground and water searches with infrared on the helicopters ever since she's been missing.

Celebrity bounty hunter 25,000 reward if Haleigh is returned before midnight on Saturday.

Haleigh is in kindergarten at Browning Pearce Elementary School in San Mateo and all her classmates have found out about her disappearance and are all praying for her and wishing that she will return home.

Let's just hope that someone turns this little precious girl in before it's too late.

It will be a sad day February 10th 2009. 

The little angel Caylee Anthony will be laid to rest at the First Baptist Church of Orlando at 10 am.

The church is at 3000 S. John Young Parkway and it has 5,000 seats for people to go and remember Caylee.

Thousands of people are expected to show to give their respects the little girl that will always be remembered.

The daughter killer, Casey Anthony is not allowed to attend her funeral as she is charged with the murder of her 3-year-old daughter Caylee, but will be allowed to watch the funeral from her jail cell at Orange County Jail in Florida.

I personally think she shouldn't be allowed to watch the funeral.  I strongly believe, like many others do, that Casey did kill her daughter and I don't think she feels sorrow or remorse for any of it.

Caylee's remains were found on December 11th 2008 and finally she will be laid to rest and will always be remembered.

Someone smuggled in a bracelet with Caylee Marie's name on it stuffed in a sock and now Casey has been busted with contraband in jail.

Ha!

Casey Anthony was slipped contraband in the suit she wore to court on Friday.  They found the Caylee Marie bracelet tucked in the clothes.

The bracelet said "Forever in our hearts Caylee Marie Anthony."

Casey's attorney Jose Baez wanted her to wear it in court so he apparently planted it in her belongings.

When the jail guards caught it, the bracelet was confiscated.

This is the second time Jose Baez has been caught doing something illegal in this trial.  The first time he was caught hugging Casey Anthony twice and you are not suppose to touch your clients or the inmates because of things like this.

How does her lawyer not know stuff like this.. Or if he does know.. Is he an idiot like Casey?

How could a woman that just found out that her baby was not only missing but was found dead, easily smile in the court room?

Not to mention that her father, George was found in a hotel with empty beer cans, a suicide note and empty prescription bottles.

She should be sobbing and barely able to sit down in the court room but instead she was smiling at everyone and her hair was slicked back in a perfect bun with an ugly tan suit jacket. 

Her hands were handcuffed and her feet in shackles on January 30th 2009 in the courtroom in the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Flordia.

How could anyone find this the least bit amusing to smile at all?

Something is seriously wrong with Casey Anthony who is just 22 years old.   Reports are suggesting that she is a sociopath but what about a psychopath as well?

Casey's parents Cindy and George were nowhere to be seen in the court room which shows me that they don't believe in her either. 

George is of course in the hospital because of the suicide attempt, but Cindy said she wasn't there because she didn't want to talk to the media.

If my daughter was in a mess like Casey Anthony is I would most definatly be in the court room to support her 100%.  That is their daughter and no matter what everyone says you should be there for them because they are your family. 

Maybe they believe that she did infact kill little Caylee Marie.

Casey hasn't shown sadness at all for the loss of her 3-year-old daughter Caylee since the day she went missing.

It seems like she is only sad for herself because she has to be in a cell by herself and the only time she sees anyone is when she is in court.

Maybe that's where the smiles are coming from?

Casey's attorney Jose Baez said that he is going to ask to move Casey's trial to another city.  That is probably because there is so much of a media frenzy and to get away from where Caylee was found. 

Also the prosecutors have stated that it could be a year before this case is actually ready to start. 

Good.. I hope she rots in prison before that.

It has been a long hall for the Anthony's.  It was on July 15th 2008 when Caylee Anthony was first reported missing by her grandmother Cindy. 

That was 31 days after Casey (Caylee's Mother) said she saw her and it took the family that long to report it because Casey had said she was doing her own investigation and Caylee's grandparents didn't even know she was missing.

Lately the stress has gotten to Cindy and George Anthony because George almost attempted to kill himself.  He had text messaged his family members to tell them he just wanted to be with Caylee.



He is now in Halifax Medical Center and being psychiatrically evaluated.

George Anthony was found on January 23rd at the Hawaiian Inn hotel in Daytona Beach after his family reported him missing late on Thursday, Jan. 22nd.

He was found alive with a suicide note and he had taken pills from the Anthony home.

George had reportedly said that he just wanted to be alone and he had to think things through.

Hundreds of pages of new evidence have come up in this case.  One of which shows that Caylee had duct tape put over her mouth and above that tape was a heart sticker.  She was also found with her Winnie The Pooh blanket and a backpack that said "adorable" on it.

Casey's ex boyfriend, Ricardo Morales told authorites that he once put on his Myspace page "win her over with chloroform" which he thought was funny.  Chloroform is what killed Caylee. 

Ricardo denies that he has any involvement with the killings but Casey did have access to his computer so she could have seen it and got some ideas.

When the police confiscated Casey's lap top it had searches of chloroform and ways of neck breaking.

Now tell me she is not the killer..

The skull that was found on December 11th by a meter maid named Roy Krunk is Caylee Anthony's.  They ran the DNA tests and it came back that it was Caylees unfortunatly.  I knew it would be though because no other child had been reported missing in that area.

Caylee Anthony has been missing for 6 months and f inally police and searchers can rest knowing that this mystery is almost solved. 

Casey is up against the charge of first degree murder.  She will not get the dealth penalty even though I think she should because prosecutors decided against it.

Something is very suspicious though because Roy Kronk ( the meter maid that found Caylee's remains) called the police 3 or 4 times in August and reported that he saw something suspicious.  

Why didn't the police go by there when they had been given a tip like that?  Why didn't Roy lead them there to show them instead of waiting since August for them to finally discover the body?

The whole situation doesn't make any sense to me.

Also he is not the only one to give credible tips to the police.  KioMarie Cruz, a friend of Casey's, also told them that they use to hang out there all the time to get away from Casey's parents when they were driving her crazy.  They would stay there for hours.

It is such a shame that this had to happen.  Obviously Casey isn't a sane woman because no one who had all their marbles would do something like this to their own flesh and blood and not even feel any guilt.

I never thought this day would come.  They finally found a little girls skull that is assumed to be Caylee Anthony's. 

The skull was found just a few hundred meters away from the Anthony's house.  A meter maid found the skull wrapped in a black garbage bag and when they picked up the bag the skull fell out.

The reason why the searches didn't check the wooded area close to the Anthony's home is because the area was flooded at the time of search.  I would think that it would be the perfect opportunity to hide a body there if it was flooded but everything comes together once you see the big picture.

The police are not saying for sure that it is Caylee but they are not aware of any other missing children in the area.

The Anthony's house has now been sealed off and is now presumed a crime scene. 

I knew all along that Casey Anthony was a killer and I hope she rots in hell for killing that beautiful little girl.

Casey Anthony is still in protective custody and remains in no contact with the other inmates.  I hope she gets to mingle with the other inmates so they can do to her what she did to her daughter.

Caylee has been missing since June.  Finally there is a break in the case.

I want to personally thank all the searchers and police for their help in trying to find this helpless little girl.

Casey Anthony has gotten away with murder for far too long. 

For those of you that haven't been following the story Casey Anthony, 22 possibly (I believe she did) killed her daughter, Caylee Marie who was just 3 years old. 

Caylee has been reported missing since July 15th but her Casey has not seen her since the middle of June. 

Casey said that she was trying to look for Caylee on her own and the last person that saw her daughter was her babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez who later police discovered did not exist.

Casey Anthony's car was found with Chloroform in her trunk and traces of decomposed body.  Also Casey's mother Cindy told 911 that her daughter's car smelt like a dead body had been in it.

Caylee's dress, size 6 was recently found near an airport in Florida. 

Anthony is currently charged with child neglect, filing a false statement with law enforcement and check fraud and today she faced the grand jury to decide whether she was responsible in the death of her daughter.

SHE WAS FOUND GUILTY!!!!!!!

19 grand Jurors deliberated for a half an hour before delivering the indictment.  Casey was apparently crying when they told Casey of her fate. 

Prosecutors have asked that she be held without bail..

There was a protest going on at Casey Anthony's parent's house in East Orange County, Florida tonight by people that think that Casey is guilty of killing her three year old daughter, Caylee Marie.

All of a sudden at 8:30 p.m EDT there were under covered cops that even drove up on her grass and arrested her.

When Casey came out in handcuffs wearing a Caylee Marie shirt and there were protesters, media and police surrounding her house, she wasn't even upset.  Now if that isn't a sign of some sort of guilt I don't know what is.

Casey is being charged with writing bad cheques and stealing lots of money from her friend and her grandmother who is 80 years old.  Now that's bad karma.

While Casey has been home the past couple of days after being bailed out of jail for 500,000, she has made a friend with a 12-year-old girl named Dakota Skii.  They have been sending many emails back and forth and sending each other presents.  Here is an email that Casey sent to the little girl.

"Hey Sweetie! I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for my family. I am really looking forward to seeing you. We will schedule something very soon, I promise. I would love to have you spend the night, and spend time getting to know each other. You are such an amazing girl and already a true friend. We are so blessed to have you and your Mom in our lives. I love you. Thank you for my gift (a stuffed animal), I named him after you. I will see you soon. Love, Casey."

Why is this little girls parents letting her talk to someone like this.  Are they cRaZy??

There have been death threats against the family and they are constantly being watched by authorites and bodyguards.  They are also saying that they are putting her back in jail for her safety too.

Screw her safety.. What about Caylee's safety??  It might be too late for her.

The moment Cindy Anthony (mother of Casey Anothony and  grandmother of Caylee Anthony) called the cops and told them that her granddaughter was missing I knew it was going to be Casey that probably killed her.

She was even recorded saying that it smelt like a dead body in her daughter's car.

They tested the back of Casey's car and dogs sniff out dead flesh. The forensic tests now came back to show that there was a dead human body found in the back of her car.

Now the police maybe granting Casey Antony limited immunity to in exchange for her telling them where Caylee is.   Why on earth are they doing that?

Casey Anthony has been out of jail now since last week when celebrity bail bondsman, Tony Padila bailed her out for 500,000 dollars because he thought if she was released she would openly talk about the disappearance of her daughter Caylee Marie who is just 3 years old.

But that has definitely not happened yet.

It was revealed recently that Casey wanted to give the baby up for adoption when she found out she was pregnant at the young age of 19 but her mother wouldn't let her.

She wanted to still party and have fun and now she couldn't with a baby on the way.

She told many that she was tired of being a mother and 8 days before her daughter went missing Casey wrote a poem..

"What is given, can be taken away. Everyone lies. Everyone dies."

Now that is some deep shit...

It has also been revealed that Casey was having an affair with a police officer and he has now been fired because he lied about the whole thing and didn't report any of it to authorities.

Casey has been caught in many lies and continues to lie today.

"If I really wanted to just get rid of her I would've left her with my parents and I would've left," she said, according to the transcript. "I would've moved out. I would've given my mom custody."

Casey Anthony has made bail of 500,000 dollars and will have to be hooked up to a electronic ankle device that will get plugged into her phone.  She will be living at her parent's house in East Orlando, Flordia. 

Casey has been in Orange County jail since mid July when she first reported her daughter missing on July 15th.  She had not seen her daughter, Caylee Marie since June 9th when she last dropped her off at her babysitters. 

Police went to the apartment but say that it had been vacant for months so Casey's story does not add up.

They released her because they say she will be more likely to talk and tell the whereabouts of her Caylee.  This poor little girl is 3 years old and has been missing for so long and her mother won't even tell the police where she thinks she is.

I really hope with her release that they do find Caylee Marie because she is so precious and time is wasting.

When Casey left the prison today the media was surrounding her trying to ask her questions and her laywer, Jose Baez  kept getting pushed out of the way. 

Casey is facing charges of child neglect, making false statements and obstructing an investigation in the disappearance of her little girl.

Her lawyer said that she whispered into his ear on her way out, "I'm innocent. I'm going to walk out of this place with my head held high."
